Lippow Development’s CEO Larry Lippow prepares the fourth next generation to take over the family commercial real estate business by detailing the history and stewardship of the company, a new Family Enterprise USA video reveals. “We train our next generation of family leaders to understand that we are the stewards of the family legacy, so they can train the fifth and sixth generation in the same way,” says Lippow in the video hosted by Pat Soldano, President, Family Enterprise USA.
