States Which Have a State <\/em>Estate Tax (Death Tax) that is Accessed in Addition to the Federal Estate Tax<\/h2>\n

As hard-working taxpayers and generationally owned family businesses, built on hard work, plan for the future, they should be aware of the most current data about which States in the United States have a State Estate tax (Death Tax).<\/h3>\n

This is an additional tax paid on top of the current 40% federal estate tax, on a lifetime of savings. Some have a separate estate tax, or pick up or modified pick up tax, and some have an inheritance tax.<\/p>\n
