Dr. Frank I. Luntz is one of the most honored communication professionals in America today.
Throughout his career, Dr. Luntz has worked for more than fifty Fortune 500 companies and CEOs. However, he is best known for political commentary – more media outlets have turned to him to understand the hopes and fears of Americans than to any other political pollster. He appears regularly on HBO and Fox News, having co-hosted many live primetime specials and dial sessions during the presidential debates. In both 2012 and 2016 elections, Frank was the only non-journalist invited to host a debate of the GOP presidential contenders. He also served as a consultant to the NBC hit show The West Wing.
Dr. Luntz has written, supervised, and conducted more than 2,500 surveys, focus groups, ad tests, and dial sessions in more than two dozen countries on six continents over the past 20 years. His political knowledge and skills are recognized globally, and he has served as an election consultant and commentator in Canada, Britain, Ireland, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Australia, Venezuela, and Ukraine.

Russ Sullivan is chair of the National Tax Policy Group at lobbying and law firm Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck, providing unparalleled insight into the legislative and regulatory risks and opportunities related to tax policy. Russ is a Capitol Hill veteran who spent 14 years with the Senate Finance Committee, including nine as staff director. He leverages his vast network and industry expertise to devise and execute complex strategies for both nonprofit and for-profit clients on a broad range of issues, including health care, pension planning, trade, economic development and tax policy.
During his time at the Senate Finance Committee, Russ worked directly on policy matters related to the estate tax. He served as chief tax counsel under Sen. Max Baucus (D-MT) when the committee passed legislation repealing the estate tax in 2001. A decade later, as committee staff director, Russ worked with a bipartisan group of senators to make a reduction in the estate tax rate and an increase in the exemption amount permanent.

Mark Warren is a shareholder at Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck in the firm’s Tax Policy Group. Prior to his current position, he served as Chief Tax Counsel to the Senate Finance Committee, chaired by Senator Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa). He also served as Senior Tax Counsel to Senator John Thune (R-South Dakota) during the development of the 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, and as a Tax Counsel to the House Committee on Ways and Means for nearly five years where he worked primarily on tax reform. He spent more than 20 years in the government handling tax, retirement, and other financial issues. Mark served as the Deputy Assistant Secretary (Tax and Budget) in the U.S. Treasury Department’s Office of Legislative Affairs in the Bush Administration and worked on several congressional committees as well as for individual members of the House and Senate. Mark holds a Bachelor’s degree in finance and a law degree from Georgetown University, and an LLM in taxation from New York University.
